LGBTQI+ Inclusion Training
ShoutOut’s training workshops offer service providers of all kinds the opportunity to have an open and informative discussion about how to build LGBTQI+ inclusive environments and services. The core focus is similar to the work we do with young people – to spark empathy and educate allies who are informed and empowered. These workshops equip attendees with the insight and tools to meaningfully support LGBTQI+ students, clients, employees and service users.
In addition to our workshops, we offer follow-up support and guidance to training clients who have queries following our sessions. We can also offer bespoke policy consultation for organisations and advice on policy rollout and implementation.
